Im designing a business centre and on the car park i need to put several roads and i cant find how to do it so can you help me please?

well they way i do it is that i split the topo surface and just change the split surface to ashphlat. or you could just do a floor, but the problem with a floor is that it always stayes on the level yuo created it.
