When placing my dimensions, should I use wall faces since I took measurements from inside of a room along the interior wall? Please help.

I assume you are doing drawings that setout the walls to tell the builder where to build them. If this is the case, there are a few options that generally come down to personal or pragmatic requirements:

1) Setting out to wall faces: This will provide the location of the finished face of the wall.

2) Setting out to the centreline of the wall: Some builders prefer this as they can find the location of the wall directly from the gridlines which come from the column locations.

3) Setting out the wall to the outer face of the frame: If your walls are metal or timber frames with plasterboard, some builders like to know where the face of the frame is, so they can install the frame directly from the measurment. Rather than having to subtract for the finished wall buildup.

I agree for the most part w/ Beau. But you state "I took measurements" tells me this is an existing building w/ walls. If this is the case, you might want to dimension to face since the gc cannot dimension to the center or one side of the framing or the other because it is covered. But if you are demolishing them and constructing new walls, then i would follow Beau's advice.
