Hello! I have searched and searched and searched, but can't fine an up to date legit answer to this, but here we go. I am trying to make a legend or a view of some sort that will have the Project Number, Name and the Date/Time that can be used for the Starting View. I don't want to make it a Title Block since then whenever it is used, it will have to be filtered out in every project. I am trying to make it so it has that time stamp on there for client and contractor purposes. Please help if there's a way to do it without it being a Title Block or Sheet view. Any other way will do. Thank you.

Do it with a special sheet that is not listed.

I'm not sure what you mean. I didn't want to have to make this sheet in every project not listed. I don't want it to be able to at all get into the Sheet Index. I'm making this for our office templates so it won't be a good sell if they have to filter that sheet out every new project

Create the sheet and put it in your template and uncheck the include in drawing list.
