I have downloaded the Pella DH family. It's great... but I'm having a problem. It appears that my window is coming in upside down. My base constraint is set to first floor, but I I set the window head height to 6'-8" like I want it to show up in the window schedule, then the window 'falls' below the first floor level and the sill in only 9" off the 1st level. Crazy...I see it has been downloaded tons of times...am I forgetting something? I have been using Revit only for a couple of months.

I figured it out by reading and re-reading another posting in the Technical section. The other posting was in regards to an Andersen window family, but it was the same problem I have been having...here's the answer...
There is a head height reference plane in the family that has a "defines origin" parameter under properties. It was checked and it apparently should not be. After I unchecked it and reloaded the family, it worked fine.
So, thanks Eric for the post. It worked for me too!
