I have a complicated In Place Model of a floor that i want to make a Structural Floor
I need the same parameters to show up that show up in a regular structural floor, but i cant seem to get them. we used filters for a slab edge plan that arent working on the In Place Modeled Floor because i dont have the same parameters
anyone have any clue how to do this?
the parameter im looking for is pretty simple, i need to check off the YES/NO parameter that says its a STRUCTURAL/STRUCTURAL
please help, deadline very soon
thanks!

You can definitely create a new Yes / No, 'Project Parameter' named 'Structural' and apply that to floor types and slab edges and it will work with in-place floors and show up as a parameter on the properties pallete. It won't actually be a true REVIT Structural floor however so not sure whether it gives you the end result you want.

You will need to add this as a project parameter to floors. You need that from your shared parameter file.

WWHub answered your question. You need to ADD this as a Project Parameter. Under the Manage>Project Parameters then ADD a parameter called "Structural" and make the category "floor". Then when you create an in-place component you can check it to be structural or not.
Out of curiousity what is so complicated about this floor that you cannot create it with a regular floor?
