Hi All,
I am new to revit and I am finding annotating to be a very repitive process. We add 3-4 tags to each element we use and all these tags need to be in specific locations in the element.
The problem is, when you tag an element the tag always comes in at the same point. This slows the annotation process alot when you are tagging hundreds of objects 3-4 times each.
Is there anyway to make the tags come in at specific locations in the element?
Regards,
Michael

Not that I know of, …but when tagging, you can choose ‘free end’ with leader in the option bar. It will help you (somewhat) to place the tags where you want them, but it is one by one process.

You should be able to group your tags with the element.

Thank you for replying,
How do you group your tags in an element?

Not in an element.... with - in the project environment. Then placing the group includes the tags.
