We are using Revit 2015. When we try to open either Level 2 Ceiling Plan or Level 2 Working Plan (but not our Level 2 overall plan) they sometimes open with nothing displayed. If you close the view, open the corresponding Level 1 plan then open the Level 2, it will display.
Additionally (and this is the bigger issue), when exporting to dwg the views show up blank sometimes and with only grid lines sometimes.
Auditing and purging did not help. Deleting the view and recreating it did not help. Opening on another computer did not help. It is a workshared model.

I doubt that this is a revit issue.
Without knowing anything else, I suggest you turn off hardware acceleration under the revit R dropdown.
