Hi,

working with Revit, I can assign each wall, ceiling and floor with finishing materials. In this way, each room has a finishing material defined to floor, wall and ceiling but the connection between finishing materials already applied and the tag room is not automatic; therefore, it´s possible assign a tag value without conetion with the real material applied.

Is there any way to assign values in a tag room to floor, wall and ceiling automatically?

Thanks

It's a little tricky to interpret your question but if I understand it correctly the answer is 'no' you cannot apply 'room finish materials' to the walls floors and ceilings for tagging. Wall tags display only wall materials not room finish materials. Same for floors and ceilings.

thanks for the feedback; the question is not to apply finishing materials in a room from the tag but the opposite of this: from a room with floor, walls and ceiling finishig materials defined, display this information in a tag room.
