Hi,
Please find attached the image showing the columns with the wrong shadow represenation. The columns run through the whole building and from the attached picture is looks like they are floating in the space, which is not true. I doublechecked the 3D. Ground Plane for shadows is set up for the actual level.
Can somebody addvice on what can be the issue?

I’m not exactly sure why this is happening, but if you set the view range cut plane in the family to be above the cut plane in the project, it works fine then.
