Hi,

I'm busy studying for the Pro certification with the Mastering Revit Architecture book and the Chapter 8 exercise "Creating Formula Drive Mass" is not behaving as expected. The sweep around the edges of the mass is twisting off the "ground" on the final edge - see image -. I've followed the exercise but I can't figure out why this is happaning.

Thanks in advance.

It's kind of difficult to tell what the heck you're trying to do there to be honest. What's it supposed to be ?

Is is a void sweep and are you using the 'pick edges' to define the sweep path ?

That about the gist of it. It's an exercise from the Autodesk Mastering Revit book. Basically it's modeling using a formula-ed mass' edges to house the sweep (the mass void is just to see what's going on). In the book the two "feet" of the mass stay flush with the ground. Mine twists...

It's kind of a OMA CCTV tower shape.

PS thanks for replying
