I'm having some troubles with the elevation tags on my pipe for the second floor of my project. The pipes themselves are have heights set relative to the second floor (though this drawing is ref: level Mezzanine, -2' off). If I select the pipe, height is listed relative to the 2nd floor slab, but when I tag them with my elevation tag, they only reference the base elevation for the project. I know about fixing the relative height for normal spot elevation tags but I don't know of a similar option on the family tag I'm using, which is a pipe tag. Any ideas? I've attached an image with the pipe properties pulled up, but I'm pretty lost going forward. Any help much appreciated, thanks!

We usually place a spot elevation tag below the tag, because our elevations are always ttop the bottom of pipe, and if you incorporate the "Invert Elevation" parameter to the tag, it is not the same value of a elevartion. See attached. The annotation on the right is a invert elevation tag. The one on th eleft under thte size tag, is a spot elevation. The elevation of the pipe is 8'-0". No insulation.
