Ok. So we are having an issue with our revisions schedule for this project. The revisions schedule is making it dort by date when it should be sorting by sequence and when we have the date as MM-DD-YYYY it sorts it randomly and doesn't keep the order at all as it should, 1,2,3... We have it set by sheet because that's how this project is set up because it's been an ongoing project that has had addition later after the original project was built and such. We have changed it to YYYY-DD-MM to make it work out and that is ok-ish, but we want to know why this does this and if anyone knows a work around to fix this issue. We want it to go just in order as it is set in the Revision Schedule manager thing and just number 1,2,3,4... on whatever page we are on. We don't understand why this go completely out of order like this. Also in the photo I changed only the ones that were on that page to show an example. We changed it to year first to fix it, but would love to change it back and have it work this way. 100% completely disregard the dates that are YYYY-DD-MM. We changed it only to have the correct order of 1, 2, 3 and so on for the 'No.' column. We want to be able to have it in order 1 , 2 , 3 by the sequence number and not by the date. I noticed that it is doing it that way and that those are the correct numbers, but we want it to be 1, 2 ,3 and not 6, 4, 1, 8...

This sort is dependent upon the revision schedule you have in your titleblock. Edit your titleblock.

Our titleblock is dependent on the sequence. But it orders it by date, but really by the number in the date and not the actual date.

So when you edit your family and look at the sorting/grouping for the revision schedule, in the titleblock looks exactly like the attached?
If so then something else is going on that we can't help you with.

Yeah. I think it's corrupt now. We have it going by sheet, but it always does by sequence. Either the project is corrupt or the titleblock. Honestly hoping the titleblock since that's a bit easier to fix
