Working in Revit Building 2014
I have searched the help files within Revit and on this Forum and can't seem to find an answer to the question I have.
A stair I am working on has stringers with a 12" structural depth and a 21" overall depth at the runs. The landing, however, only needs 8" of structural depth and an 11" overall depth.
Is there a way to create these two stringer depths within one stair? I would be surprised if there isn't. I simply cannot figure out how to make it work, or how to split the stringers and keep the stair intact.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

What stair are you talking about, sketch or component? What stringer, open or closed?
