I'm trying to show a continuous footing with 5" heel and toe, attached to a wall assembly made up of a 10" thick concrete wall with a stud wall on one side. I want the footing centered on the concrete core only, not the entire wall assembly. I've inserted a reveal below the stud wall which the concrete floor would eventually replace but the footing is still centering itself on the entire assembly. any suggestions?

first, i dont' see why you need the reveal
the stud wall should be independent of the poured concrete wall
and once you put the slad in just adjust the stud wall to sit on the slab
if you have the poured wall and the stud joined together, that's why the footing is cenetring itself on the entire assembly

Once you have added the slab & window usually comes up ask if you would like cut overlapping geometry from the wall. Go yes. If it does not come up you can edit your wall. Click on the wall & go to properties>edit/new>edit>modify. Click on the bottom of the wall and unlock the stud layer. Go ok and back in your project click on wall & you can pull the stud up or down to suit.
I hope you can understand my jibber. Good luck

i think the the best revit procedure for putting your wall on top of the slab based on the .jpg file you posted would be to set a Base Constraint of "Low Ground" with a Base Offset of 4" for the stud wall

I understand why you have combined the concrete poured wall and the stud wall. I do this also. To fix your footing, I would do it like this: First off, make the footing and integral wall sweep for this wall type. You will draw the profile for the footing, load it in, and then take wall properties of the stem wall. Then add the sweep (use the tutorial, its not hard), and offset it into position. This will alleviate all your problems. Give that a shot!
