I would like to modify the System Family: Elevation "interior elevation" type to have the sheet number and detail number inside circle still with the A, B, C, D arrows on the outside.

The best you can do right now is goto Settings... View Tags... Elevation Tags.

Hmmm, thanks anyway. Let's see if that one is included with 9.0 in couple weeks.
