Hi guys,
I'm new here and this is my first post. Based on the attached image, is there a way to create that stringer in Revit? The one I created just goes straight to the top reference. I tried selecting the stringer while pressing the tab key, no luck. Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
jaiemm

Like the attached?
Stair by component. Use a landing for that last tread and delete the rear framing member after you create the landing.

Hi WWHub,
So, I was able to try what you have suggested and here's what I got (pls see image).
The one on the left is from a straight forward procedure based from your suggestion. The problem I have encountered is that I couldn't make the landing to have a similar profile as with the run (using non-monolithic landing type - "Same as Run" checked). If I try to uncheck the "Same as Run" option, entering a thickness is all there is. It doest have the option where one can load a profile.
Meanwhile, the one on the right is a multiple stairs. One is for the steps only and the other for the stringer with landing and railing. This time I tried unchecking the "Same as Run" option and entered a value of 1, the minimum value Revit allows for landing. As you can see there's a line that runs along the top-most step of the stairs.
I don't know if this is ok to have multiple stairs but it's the only way I found to model the required stairs for my current project.
If you have other idea, please I would like to know. Others can also chime in. Thanks!

Change your landing settings. You can adjust where the framing is in relation to the surface.
