I have put these lutron lights in my drawing and they won't turn on when I render. I have selected interial: artificial only. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like the light isn't cutting the ceiling. How do I fix that?

It is a face based family.   Edit the family to include a void that cuts the host.   I suggest you create the void off to the side and set it to cut the host then edit the void sketch to the correct location.

^^ Good learning process.

I made a quick void to see if it would cut the cieling and it won't. Do I cut it in the ceiling plan?

I selected "cut with voids when loaded."

When you work on a hosted family, the host is shown like a cube.   Your void has to go down into the cube, not above it.  When you create the void, you have to tell it to cut .... pick... the host.
