my titleblocks use the invisible lines to represent the extents of the titleblock. it was just brought to my attention that sometimes when we print the titleblock gets cutoff. Is there something that I am missing?

you can google how to properly setup and print:
select the paper size, orientation, zoom to 100%, center
btw, i normally use:
invisble lines: as the extent of paper (size of paper)
solid lines/ titleblock lines: as visible and used as the border of your sheets.
