Hi Guys do you know how to make a watermark apprear behind the views placed on a sheet. I have the text on the A3 family page and set to translucent but it is covering the drawings see attached. Anyway of changing this?

sorry never had the need to do it this way.

I would normally place the text as Red and place it across the titlesheet titleblock, not across the whole sheet.

Your image doesn't show it covering anything.

When you say behind, you mean you want your model elements on top of this text?  Might work for walls but what happens with a floor then?  It would hide it all.

 

Annotation lines are typically on top.

Sorry that was in family editor. 

 

Please see below of a view of the worksheet showing the text even though it is translucent, it is over the top of everything. 

It only will go behind the windhow schedule. Goes over the top of plans and legends.

The translucent setting is only for the text background - not the text.   Sorry.

Hey WW hoping you or someone can help with this one.

 

I have drawn a preliminary legend using a translucent hatch (took a while) 

 

It shows as it should in plan but when I print or pdf it goes over the top. 

 

In print setup it is on colour even when I change it they all end up the same.

See this. I have never tried Steve’s suggestion though. I’m still using Acrobat for that.

I tried that one and got this result. :-( 

 

I ended up making it a fill region and putting it on individually....
