Something like a hole in a roof. From this hole, is there any way to put glass panel ?

Here you can download a tutorial and you will find a lot about roofs and holes in roofs and glass panels. You have to read and study.
Somewhere I have seen a videotutorial on glass roofs too. But there I have forgotten. And Revitcity has no links to tutorials. You have to Google a bit. Here are some videotutorials:
