For some reason my window is not sitting flush with my wall. I looked into the family and it there are no offset parameters in place and when i flex the model it functions perfectly however in this wall section the window is offset 0 3/8. I was thinking it might have something to do with the debth of the view but then i set it to 1/32" and nothing changed. Has anyone ran into this problem, do you know what is going on?

It looks like a family issue.   Set the wall thickness in your family to the same as your model and see what happens.

I have flexed the wall and in the family view it looks fine. I figured it out. The wall section was set in the middle of the window on a curved wall surface. Is there a way to curve the window?

Or a way to get a section view to where the window isn't offset?

You can't curve a window.   Revit is like the real world, can you bend glass?   You have to built it curved if that is what you want.

Use a detail component and make your section depth very shallow.
