ok, why would the centerlines only be showing up on some of the pipes and not all. i have checked in VG, and Object syles. and can't figure it out.

ok, when i turned the insulation back on, the pipes now show the centerline, but not the tees, or the elbows. any thoughts?

The Tee and the Elbows most likely do not have a line sketched into the RFA for them to appear. You can open the family and make draw them in and constrain them to the reference lines for each face. If its really neccessary to have them in there.
