Hiya!
Is there any way you can sort a keynote legend by the parent in the text file? - Can filter and sort elsewhere but I would like to seperate the categories on sheets within the one legend if possible.
ie; Finishes, equipment, general, mechanical, electrical etc and then have the respective codes under.

Obviously we are talking keynotes by project - not sheet.
Keynotes in this schedule are only sorted by their number in the keynote file. We use a prefix like D1,D2,D3 for demolition, T1,T2,T3 for toilet room items and you can use something like that. Otherwise, you can filter the schedule and have seperate schedules.
