I have a problem with loading families, specially column families. when i started drawing the project I make a family for a column & I loaded it successfully (till this moment everything is alright) then I made another 2 families columns but they dont load into the project although I ensured many times to load the family before closing it and tried to load it from the project but I failed. any ideas?!

We don't have enough information.
Are you sure it didn't load? Verify by looking in your project browser.
The family may be breaking when you load it. We would not know without seeing the family.
