good morning all, i'm using Revit 2015 and would like to know if anyone knows if it's possible to have Revit calculate the point loads for hanger points? we do jobs occationally that require it, and so far i can't figure out how to get that information to populate.
thank you

Vinny.... I would think you would have to include two reference planes in your hanger family to show spacing (instance) or an instance parameter 'spacing' that would be entered when you place the hanger. You would also need a pipe weight parameter - again that you fill in. Then obviously a schedule can do the math.
If you want the family to do it, then the parameters would have to all be type - right?
