I'm having problems with my view templates in Revit 2015.  In past versions of Revit, if I wanted to change something in the view, I would open my view template, change what I wanted to change, click Apply, and it would change in the view.  Now, I open the view template, make a change, and then apply, but nothing happens in the view.  In order to make the change happen, I have to change the view template to None and Apply, then change the view template back to the view template that was there and click Apply again.  This happens with every sheet - once you change the view template, you have to open each sheet that uses it, remove the view template, and then put it back.  I'm not sure if this is a problem in Revit 2015 or if this is some kind of problem specific to the office I am working in.  Anyone else having this?

What updates do you have installed?

Any solution to this?  I am having the exact same problem with my view templates in 2017.  Extremely frustrating.  Not only do my changes to the view template not update, but once I close the model and open it, the view template doesn't work at all: for example, I have sections turned off in the template, but sections are visible; I have a color fill set up in the template, but it doesn't show.  I have to remove the template and reapply to get it to work.  This is now a daily task which is very time consuming.  It used to work perfectly, not sure if this is a bug?

Same question as earlier.  What updates do you have installed. Read this.
