I wish door schedules would report 2 additional characteristics: The thickness of the wall they are installed in and the handing of the door, both seem possible.

you should be able to add an instance parameter to the doors to schedule the door handing...
I think it would be nice if you could automatically number the doors based on the room that it's opening into as well...

Did you ever get anywhere with doors knowing how thick the walls they are in were?

OOps! My last reply didn't work... Throat size? What is that and how can I get it to show on a door schedule? Door you have door families that do this?

Here is a door that we used to use that has the Throat size calculated. I can't figure out where some of the parameters are comming from though. I will take a deeper look at it later.

The door that broncos4life posted does not work and does not give the wall thickness. The throad it uses is a parameter calculated from another parameter that is set, not read.
