I'm using design options for the first time and having a couple minor issues. First of all does anyone know any tricks for getting butted walls to clean up in design options? (see attachment). And, is it not possible to add detail items like detail lines and text, in option 2, and have them not show up in the Main Model? Using revit 2015

Where in your attachment????
Linework is annotative - 2D and is view specific. When you work with design options, you should always create independent views with the VG of the view locked to the DO you want to show.
