Hi All,

I've been racking my brain and trying everything to get my toposurface to line up with my Levels in Revit 2015.

Both my Project base point and Survey point have the elevations set to Zero, all the measurements I take off the model are correct but now I'm trying to add the toposurface it is above the levels by about 3.79m (attached pic may help explain)?

Please help I've spent ways to much time on this already.

Thanks

Sim

When you create a site in Revit by placing points, the points really don't have anything to do with the survey point.   They are relative to the initial, default first floor.  Creating the site from an imported CAD or points file is always better because those are all relative to survey.  Here is a thread that discusses this:

Create your site then move it up/down to where it is correct.

You just have to understand Revit's process.  Also understand that topography lines are subjective - if hand drawn, no two people will represent the topography the same way.  BUT ... Revit's topography from import will be as correct as the import information.  As such, it is a very good process.
