Is there a way to take camera views i have already set up and put them together into a walkthrough?
Or is there an easy way to get the key frames of a walkthrough to snap to camera view that are already set up?

Not really. To create a walkthrough you are limited to sequentially place each camera point along the route you prefer. You can then adjust the camera direction after.
If you have specific views or vistas which you want to piece in, its going to have to be in post production video editing.
