I've been working on setting up titleblocks and templates for a firm... I have a nice set of Shared Params created for them.
Problem is when they bring the new titleblocks I made into existing projects the project obviously doesn't read the new shared parameters. There are nearly 25 params (sheet revision stuff) so it would be way easier to import them all at once rather than one by one, especially since that process is a tedious one in Revit anyway.
I found a few apps that appear to do this, only to find out they only import the shared params into families, not projects.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I don't really see how you can do this since each parameter has to be assigned to a catogory (s). Put them in their template.

Yeah that is the hurdle I foresee as well which is why I was hoping someone made an app for that.
I have them all in the template, so there's no problem with new projects- it just sucks when existing projects bring in the new titleblocks and that existing project doesn't read the shared params I created in the template.

You would think that 'Transfer project standards' would have been designed to allow for this but it doesn't. I don't know if this is on the 'official' AUGI whishlist but it should be.
Why do you have so many titleblock parameters that are shared? You do understand that if these parameters do not need to be scheduled, that they can just be a family parameter? (Type or instance)

Yeah it would be amazing if TPS worked in this case and that would be the logical way to do it in Revit as well. Apparently someone found a way... http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?135932-Loading-Shared-Parameters
As for the parameters... they have so many because each sheet revision, date, and reason behind it is scheduled and this is also done on a per sheet basis.

CASE has an app for this- it's subscription, but might help.

CASE is awesome to work with- especially with custom apps too!

WOW, that was exactly what I needed- and it was one of their free ones! Thanks!! Hadn't heard of these guys but I like their UI plus it looks like they have a lot of great apps as well.
