Ive been playing around with the lighting in my project for hours. I am rendering using artificial and interial. The only way I can get it to look somewhat light is by placing tons of recessed lighting. I dont want so many. The walls should be white but are coming out with grey spots and the window isnt so clear. Can someone please help.

Add Studio Lights to your project and crank up the watts.  They are only a light source so no fixture will show.

Thank you! I got it to come out alot brighter but windows are now unclear and theres these spots all over. Do you know why this is happening?

Some of this could be due to the materials you are using.  The rest is still just lighting issued you will need to play with location and brightness to fix it.  You can also use Adjust Exposure in once the rendering is done.
