Hi all,
If the building have all the phases, start with shell (building) then phase 1-5 for all rooms and partitions.
how can I filter out when all completed, only need to show phase 1-5 as new but building remain as previous.
Thank you.

You can not do what you want with the normal phase filters because you only have previous and new and that steps through all phases. If you place each phase on seperate worksets, you can create filters by workset to achieve what you want.
