when i do rendering there is a warning related to missing files appers how can i fixed and how can i reduce the rendering time and the same time have a perfect shot

The errors you are getting are because on of the materials you are using has an image associated to it that it can't find, we can't help you find it you will need to look at the material.
There are a lot of posts about rendering time a quality see below.
