I have exported a variety of views from Revit to use within a group discussion. Using Autodesk design review to add comments and lines, once completed I saved as Dwf and intended to import this back into Revit.

When I import a variety of sheets, the notes dont align, where shown on the marked up dwf. As these are pinned you cannot adust these notes, and really, aligning each sheet defeats the purpose.

Has anyone come across this before?

The first markup is located correctly. But the rest of the sheets the mark ups are way off where they should be.

I have not had any problems.   You exported to DWF all the sheets (not views) at the same time - correct?

Yeh this is very strange.

I have attached an image to show you how I have set up the export.

Also, added image to highlight the effect from Autodesk Design Review and Revit.

So to reiterate once exported, I have drawn over and commented on several sheets in Autodesk Design review. When I import this back in as a dwf markup to Revit the additional notes go onto the allocated sheets but are not aligned correctly.

I just ran another test with multiple sheets and I don't have any problems.  The insertion point is automatic so there should be no problems like this.

You may want to send this to Autodesk.   Before you do, make sure you're up to date on your updates.

Could it be anything to do with moving the dwf file around. Once exported, I put this onto my laptop so that I could use this away from my desktop computer. Once returned, I put the dwf back onto my main computer.

Very strange.

With this in mind, I tried another test without moving files around and its done the exact same thing.

All my software it upto date. Using Revit 2013 with Autodesk Design Review 2013.

I could try and run this exercise with Revit 2015 to see if this occurs again.

Moving the file should not do anything as you discovered.

So by up to date, you mean you have all 3 updates installed for 2013 - correct?- see image

We have seen too many users who say they are up to date and they are not.

I wonder if this is a video card issue.  If it works ok in 2015, then we know it is something else.
