i have been setting up sheets for my revit program.

i edited the crop region for the plans

i dragged each plan onto their sheet, but some plans are showing the plan crop region and an outer box/rectangle (see image attached)

what is this box/recatngle/region thingy?? and how do i edit/remove it?

That is your viewport with title line! 

If you don't want the Crop Region visible you need to select the view and then in the properties window on the left scroll down till you get to "Extents" then unselect the Crop Region Visible box (I always have the annotation box checked). Apply and should look good. Then you can move your title line when the viewport is not highlighted hover over the text in the title block and then the hold down the right mouse button and move where you want.
