Hi, I'm trying to apply walls to mass, but the outcome is horrible. Tops of the walls does not connect together. Maybe someone could tell me how to fix it, so that the top of the walls would follow the shape of the mass?

Maybe its just your image but these don't look like complicated walls, why are you using a mass instead of just a normal wall?

A agree with teafoe.   Always use normal walls whever possible but in this case, I believe the wall causing your problems appears to be leaning - correct?

Walls by face are typical Revit walls ....APPLIED BY FACE.... Period!  So in this case, the wall is tilted and the top is therefore tilted.   If you want the top to be anything different than perpindicular to the face, then you will have to modify it.
