I will not open your file because you did not say what Revit.
I suggest you post images of how you did your slab instead and the properties. Did you do a slope arrow or what?

Thanks WWHub its Revit 2014 file.
Here is the imege file. I used the Structural foundation salb. Because i need this at Foundation Level. From Floor Structural Slab i make this 100% right. But i need from structural foundation slab not Structural Floor.
Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by this: "... I used the Structural foundation salb. Because i need this at Foundation Level...." You can use a slab at any level.
Are you just concerned about what category this is in?

I think we have a language problem here.
Your question is not at all clear. You need to mark up your image with what you want . Just add some lines and text in paint. The slab appears to be the same thickness. The red circle doesn't tell us anything and you did not say how you created this item.
Read these sections in your HELP:

Dear WWHub,
My question is that i make the raft with the help of Structural Foundation slab. when i complete this i need to draw some slop area as you see in the picture. i used the Slop Arrow function to draw the slope, which you see in the picture. The problem is that when i draw the slope slab its thickness is not same as straight slab. but i use the same slab thickness for both straigh and sloped slab.
Shap edit tool work with Structural slab. its not work with foundation slab. just i need to know where i am wrong.
Thanks hope this time you understand the question.

The slab is correct as you have modeled it. It is all 300 thick. Your problem is you want it to be 300 vertical rather than thickness and that is not how Revit works. Slab thickness has always been calculated as perpindicular to the surface - not the world. Calculate a different thickness based on what you want and create a new slab type with that. It looks like it needs to be 287.
If you want to have the correct thickness at 300, then you will have to have a slab edge around your flat slab that creates the transition.

WWHub, if we make slab thickness 287 it will effect the quantity schedule...any alternative solution as it may occure anywhere where to elements join in slope.

I probably would not worry about this since it is not visual. Your quantity take-off will basically be correct and you can use edit cut profile in any sections that show this blend as missing. As I stated previously: "...If you want to have the correct thickness at 300, then you will have to have a slab edge around your flat slab that creates the transition...."
