hi all !!

i was able place my lighting fixtures to my ceiling 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th plans but after i closed my revit and opened again i ouldnt place the lighting fixtures to my 5th and cellar plns, what the muck going on !!!! i am using same rcp view templetes for all floors

Revit doesnt giving me a warning either, !!!!i am thinking what did i do wrong ? i didnt touch my view range att all , same as other floors which i said using same templete

please advice

Sorry but the problem is user error - we just don't know where.

Is there really a ceiling there or is it possibly burried in structure?   Are ceilings on?

If you cut a section thru the light does it show up in the section. What about in a 3D camera view. Lets first find out if the light is actually there. Then why is not showing up in the ceiling plan view.

thxs for all , i think my problem was creating floor with gyp sheeting bottom of the floor as ceiling , ( 4 " cocn.slab + 12" joists and 5/8 gyp, so i am not using this type of ceiling , floor type
