Does anyone know a way to disable, or work around, the automatic drop-down on any and all text fields in Revit (using 2015 Architecture)? You know, the drop down that usually says "No matches" but if you've typed something else similar it offers suggested matches?
I'm trying to use a key schedule to lay out the large amount of text for my code summary sheet, and the data entry is requiring two steps for every field. Far too often I look back and find it blanked out the field I just finished populating. I'm assuming it thinks I selected the "No Matches" in the drop-down list, but not sure.
I've done a lot of searching before posting this question, and haven't even found anyone complaining about this "feature." I can't believe I'm the only one who is annoyed by it.
Thank you in advance for any advice.
