I changed the profile of the wall, but now I want to do it with different thickness, as the trapezoid wall in archicad, or to cut it by the angle, is there any trick to delete that part in front of the wall i made, and the other part to stay?

Sorry but your question is not clear at all and your images don't help any.
Wall profile is a wall elevation term. You can sketch the elevated profile shape of the wall.
Wall thickness is defined by wall types.

It appears that your views are plan views - correct?
In that case, you can do this one of two ways.
- Define the wall normally, then use a void to cut away part of the wall. (Probably in place void extrusion)
- Use the model in place tool to create your wall as a vertical extrusion with this shape in plan. If you do this, the extrusion will be all one material - no layers.
In-place wall category elements will still host and show as walls.

Like what that other guy said, making an in-place Wall component is the most convinient way. Paint that wall accordingly. If you use the void option you might end up cutting through a multi-layered wall and show the inner layers. (you still need to make an in-place too!)
