Does anyone know whats happened here. Just randomly started happening when i was working and it seems to be getting worse. Before i could only see the lines of some things behind walls, now lines are appearing everywhere.
Im in realistic view but it occurs in all views.

Did you mean all visual styles or views (floor plans, elevations, etc.)?
If this is only 3D view problem, delete it from your project browser and create a new one by clicking on ‘default 3D view’ on the QAT. If the view is corrupted, this resetting should fix it.
