I have had a hard time with Sketch mode not wanting to start on this 2013.
In the past Restarting has helped but not this time.
It is with the Regions in a callout, I am having this problem.
Does anyone know why this happens?

I did the update and that seemed to fix it.
Now I wish I could find the button that allows me to manitulate the wall structure in the callout mode?

Just click the wall in the callout, click edit type, then structure > edit.
