I am running Revit Architecture 2014 on Windows 7 with service pack 3 installed
I have reinstalled it twice and installed all available updates but the problem has not been fixed. I have even re-installed it from both the disc copy and a downloaded copy with the same issue.
These problems are only with this version of Revit. I also have a light version of Revit – Revit LT- installed which seems to be working fine
Basically I have the following issues
· When I start the program, I can’t close it without using task manager to kill it
· However most of the functions of the program otherwise seem to work
· I cant ‘save as’ over files
· I can’t import blocks which overwrite existing blocks in the drawings
· I can’t import my keyboard shortcuts
It sounds weird, but it seems like I can’t do anything which would normally make a window pop up and ask ‘do you want to overwrite/ replace this’
Are there some settings/ files which dont get uninstalled and are carrying over?
If someone could help me out that would be great, its kind of urgent because its completely crippled at the moment!
