Hello, i am trying to make a baluster as shown in the picture below. But when i load baluster in the project, it says "Can't make type". I couldn't understand the problem, because it is just extrusions, nothing so complicated. What can be wrong? (Revit2013)

Your ballaster family is probably ok. It could be how the railing is configured that's causing the problem.
