While working in a shared file we recently had a fatal error.  We opened the recovery file and everytime we try to sync a new fatal error pops up.  Anyone else had anything like this happen to them?  Have you been able to fix it?

Thanks,

AAron

You saved a new local recovery.  Have you audited your files when you opened them?  Try that if you need to recover the local.  You probably should open the central with an audit and create a new central for everyone then to work off of.

First, try to follow this advice found in your HELP:

http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2014/ENU/?guid=GUID-80D390B3-D751-4703-BC79-1A66497C1928

Here is a reference on auditing:

http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2014/ENU/?caas=caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Element-Element-ID-has-become-corrupt-sometime-before-this-session-when-opening-a-Revit-file.html

Thes and more information is available in your HELP.  It is your best initial resource so try to use it.

Belive me,, it's the worst bug of all time.. I don't know why exactly it happens but in my case when I create a 'Model in-place' wall or column or something like that ,, and after a point I try to edit the in-place model (especially walls or columns or beams,, don't ask me why.. even I don't know) and save the edit.. it will instantly pop up the 'Fatal Error' dialogue box. I make a copy of the same wall and edit and replace with the original. Sounds weird, right but that how it is on my side.
