i know and have seen the videos on youtube that show you how to link excel to revit, via autocad. I’m able to get the excel to autocad to work but when linking the cad to revit i keep getting issues. 'elements lost in import' has anyone else experienced this?

You can easily go from Revit to excel ... It is the reverse process that has problems.
Can you point us to the videos you are referring to?
