Beams only showing in shaded mode, Is this controlable to be able to see in hidden lines mode also?

I see beams in both views.

Beam visibility is dependent on VG settings.

NOTE:  In the hidden line view, it appears that your floor beams have curved corners.  Don't expect a line at the curve.  Also, they don't join or end at the back beam.
