Revit will not allow me to place a light fixture in my model. I open my ceiling plan, I click on place a component. The light light fixture shows up on the left in the properties box but when i hover my mouse on my model it doesn't allow me to place it. Can anyone please help me?

Is this an out of the box family? Is it ceiling hosted, if so do you have a ceiling?
