Hi, 

Please help me regarding yes/no parameter. i have yes/no parameters likes RTE BUTTON, CARD READER, KS-2 and I want a formula to automatically tick the AT-12 if the the box of the RTE and KS-2 are ticked.  

Please look on the aatached photo fo better understanding.

I think I can help you but don't fully understand what you want.

 

Is this correct, and if not please calarify.

If both the RTE Button and the Card Reader are ticked you want AT-12 to be ticked.

 

What is AT-23 AND AT-26 for ??

Hi,

Just ignore the AT-23 AND 26. 

Yes your correct, if both ticked the RTE and CARD READER the AT-12 WILL AUTOMATICALLY TICKED. if one of them is unticked, meaning AT12 will untick also. 

I want a formula something like this.

"AT12  =IF(RTE, CARD READER) "

Hopefully you get it.

Hi Jeff16,

 

It one of those things where your so close that you just realise!

 

You need to add the function "AND" to AT-26 field. The AND function controls the yes no if both A & B are true. So in the case of your example you need to put in:

 

AND(RTE BUTTON, CARD READER)
